What documents do I need to start cooperation?

To start cooperation, you will need: current company registration documents (KRS, CEIDG), NIP, REGON, contracts with contractors, access to a bank account, and information on previous settlements. At the first meeting, we will discuss exactly what documents are necessary in your specific case and help you prepare them.

Do you keep accounts for companies just starting their business?

Yes, we are happy to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their company’s development – including those who are just starting out. We will help you choose the appropriate form of taxation, register the company in the necessary offices, and take care of proper accounting documentation from the very beginning.

Can I use only selected services, or do I have to decide on full service?

Our offer is flexible – you can use both comprehensive accounting services and selected services, e.g., only HR settlements or tax advice. We will adjust the scope of cooperation to your real needs and possibilities.

What does your price list look like?

The cost of our services depends on the number of accounting documents, the number of employees, and the scope of services provided. We prepare each offer individually after analyzing the specifics of the company. Contact us to receive a free quote tailored to your business.

How can I submit accounting documents to you?

Together, we will determine the most convenient form of cooperation and frequency of sending documentation for you.

By when do I have to deliver documents for settlements to be on time?

We recommend delivering documents by the 10th day of each month for the previous month. Such deadlines allow us to calmly prepare all declarations and settlements within statutory deadlines. In urgent cases, we can always agree on an individual schedule.

Will I have access to my company’s current accounting documentation?

Of course. We ensure full transparency of cooperation – at any time you can access your accounting documents, financial reports, or tax declarations. We also regularly inform about the status of settlements and payment deadlines.

What happens in the event of an inspection by the Tax Office or ZUS?

In the event of a tax or ZUS inspection, we provide full support – we prepare the necessary documentation, represent your position before inspection authorities, and provide professional advice at every stage of the proceedings. You are not left alone with this.

Do you provide HR and payroll services for companies with a small number of employees?

Yes, we provide HR and payroll services for companies of all sizes – both for sole proprietorships employing one employee and for larger enterprises. Each Client receives professional and timely service, regardless of the scale of employment.

Will you help in preparing employment contracts and other HR documents?

Of course. We prepare comprehensive HR documentation: employment contracts, mandate contracts, regulations, annexes, employment certificates, and all necessary notifications to ZUS and the Tax Office. We ensure compliance of documents with current labor law.

By when will employees receive payments and payrolls?

We provide payrolls to the employer a few days before the payment date so that they have time to transfer remuneration. We can agree on an individual schedule tailored to your needs.

Can you help with settling sick leaves and vacations?

Yes, we deal with comprehensive handling of employee absences – we settle sick leaves, vacation leaves, unpaid leaves, maternity and parental leaves. We also prepare all necessary applications to ZUS for sickness, maternity, or care allowances.
