Tax Audit
As part of the service, the team of experts will conduct a detailed assessment, the subject of which will be the compliance of tax settlements made by the company with the requirements imposed by law. Financial analysis covers various types of taxes: VAT, income tax, or real estate tax. Statutory auditors gather information and documents, finding irregularities in them. If detected, management will receive guidelines and recommendations from the specialists that will lead to their efficient removal.
Contract Audits
It consists primarily of controlling contracts concluded by the company – both typical and exceptional ones. The control aims to examine the compliance of transactions with the law (including tax law). Thanks to comprehensive analysis, contracts concluded by the company will be recognized as safe or risky. Auditors will also determine the effects of concluding a given transaction – both short and long-term.
