On behalf of our Clients, we manage the personnel affairs of their employees:
- maintaining the staff documentation
- preparing the payroll
- calculating the income tax deductions from natural persons
- calculating the social insurance contributions
- representation of the Client during inspections of such authorities as the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Tax Office (US) and Treasury Control Office (UKS)
- monitoring of employer’s obligations
- monitoring of changes in the labour law
